Our Fragrances

All HALE fragrances are Eau de Parfum (EDP), with a concentration of 20–25% fragrance oil for long-lasting, all-day wear.

Our EDPs typically last 8–12 hours on skin, depending on your skin type and the notes in the fragrance. Applying to pulse points helps longevity.

Yes. All HALE fragrances are 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals. We are committed to ethical and responsible perfumery.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact our team to initiate a return.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to arrange an exchange for another HALE fragrance of equal value within 30 days.

In the rare case of a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receipt with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.

Orders & Shipping

Orders within Switzerland are delivered within 2–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the destination.

We offer complimentary shipping on all Swiss orders over CHF 80. International shipping rates vary by region.
